Q. How long will it take to transport my car?
A. After your car is booked with us and we schedule your date for pick-up, it usually takes 7-10 days for delivery, sometimes only 3-5 days depending on the destination.

Q. How will I know when my car will be delivered?
A. You may call our office toll-free to check the status of your vehicle, otherwise our drivers will call you 12-24 hours in advance to coordinate a convenient time for delivery.

Q. What if my car does not run?
A. No problem, we have winch services available to load vehicles that do not run, however they must have wheels, brakes and steering capabilities.

Q. Is my car insured?
A. We are required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to carry cargo insurance for all of our transported vehicles. We have one of the highest coverage plans available.

Q. May I ship my personal belongings in the vehicle?
A. Due to Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) regulations we cannot transport vehicles with any personal items in them. We are insured for vehicle transport only, not cargo.

Q. Who will be transporting my car?
A. When you book your move with Randy's Transport, your vehicle stays on our trucks, it will not be shuttled from truck to truck nor will it be brokered to another company. One of the many reasons we keep our company small is for the personal service our customers deserve.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We take cash or cashiers check only. No personal, business checks or credit cards.
